I Have OCD. This is What It’s Like to Be In My Mind for 3 Minutes.

If you have a friend or a loved one that isn’t understanding your anxiety disorder, I recommend showing them this video, “I Have OCD. This is What It’s Like to Be In My Mind for 3 Minutes,” but note that you do not have to watch it with them because it could be triggering like it was for me.

My friend Andrew Brown showed me this video, and I was surprised at how accurately they depicted OCD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder which is a type of anxiety disorder. I could relate to the video because I had similar constant cycles of thoughts that spiraled out of control with anxiety, panic attacks and hypochondria. However, after watching it, it triggered these thoughts to come back to the surface and cycled for a few days afterwards.

Watch it if you are feeling stable, but most importantly, please show your friends to spread realistic understanding and knowledge of anxiety disorders.
