Hi :)
For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Shannen. I created The Strange is Beautiful in 2014 and came out with my story of my mind obstacles in a blog post and in a zine. Since then, I’ve worked hard to study how my mind obstacles shift and change and create self-help tools for myself. I use what I’ve learned about myself and from the tens of stories I’ve heard and witnessed from friends, family, students and anonymous people to acknowledge what help is needed so I can research or test methods on myself that I post on TheStrangeisBeautiful.com, on Instagram and YouTube and publish in the print guide.
