Earth Day Yoga Philosophy
Flowers, vegetables, fruits, trees – they all come from dirt. The same dirt. We all come from the same dirt, and in time with love and care, we might sprout leaves that take us in different life pathways until we finally bloom. And even when we bloom, that bliss does not last forever because at some point, we wither and our petals fall back into the dirt. This withering for a human may be a period of sadness, but as long as we care for our roots, we will slowly but surely bloom again.

Often we take our goals so seriously and stress out about finishing that we forget to enjoy the steps, the chaos, the learning process, the obstacles and have fun. We lose track of why we started our goals in the first place – because we love and are passionate about them.
I decided to just have fun and make a low-fi Earth Day song. Just because. So as to not take music alwayssss seriously or for any profitable or marketable purpose. It was fun to make a silly music video it was fun to hang with nico and it’s fun to play music and it’s fun to live.
I hope you take time off from your serious goals to do explore, go crazy, dance, let goooooo, or find new life in what you are so passionate, and possibly impatient, about finishing.
